He is survived by: his wife Denise Oliver; his daughters, Abbigale Oliver, Kristan Oliver and Katherine Oliver; his siblings, Tamara Arner (Joseph) of Great Bend, Peggy Dixon (Frank) of Hawkinsville, Georgia and Thomas Oliver (Jennifer) of Longwood, Florida; his nieces, Joelle Bradfield, Rachel Arner-Monchon, Arden Oliver and Reagan Oliver; and his nephew John Todd. He is also survived by extended family, and friends.
