It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Epley Dobbins of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lum Epley and Mae Lyles Epley; her husband Roy Lee Dobbins; and her son Terry Steward Dobbins. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Dobbins, Sherry Dobbins and Crystal Dobbins. She is also survived by four granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
