He was predeceased by: his father Foy Lee Jones, Sr.; and his brother Randy Jones. He is survived by: his fiancé Shelly Metcalf Alley; his children, Brandy Melton (Jason) of Union Mills and Will Jones (Kerra) of Belwood, NC; his siblings, Karen Queen (James) of Forest City, Junior Jones (Bobbie) of Forest City, Patricia McDaris (Tracy) of Forest City, Allen Jones of Rutherfordton and Joy Anderson (John) of Mayo, SC; his grandchildren, Haley Melton, Jason Junior Melton, Caiden Jones, Aubree Jones and Alyvia Jones; and his siblings' children, Jason Thomas, Kenny Thomas, Zack Jones, Billy Jones, Jacob Jones, Max Stevens, Brian Stevens, Derek Jones, Shelica Griffin, Ruthy Jones and Harmony Jones.
