She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Hoover Brackett, Sr. and Jessie Mae Lane Brackett; and her siblings, Janie Brackett Sanders and Curtis Hoover "Butch" Brackett, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Patsy Ann Brackett Bryan; her husband Mike of Pittsboro; her brother Carl Wayne Brackett, Sr. (Dianne) of Shelby; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Brackett of Morganton and Jerry Sanders of Forest City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
