She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Phillips and Carrie Putman Phillips; and her sisters, Marie Harrill, Mary Lou Jackson and Christine Ingle.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Willard (Karen) of Forest City and Kim Willard (Wannell Willard) of Forest City; her grandchildren, Todd Willard, Tonya Kimbrell, Myrick Willard, Blake Willard and Mackenzie Ruppe; and her great grandchildren, Kristen Geisler, Lainey Kimbrell, Lydia, Rachel, Joseph, Daniel, Priscilla and Gloria Ruppe.
