It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Shepard (Forest City, North Carolina), who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Shepard and Irene Hastings Shepard; and his siblings, Jane Jones, Gail Yelton, Betty Bell and Bobby Shepard.
He is survived by: his caregiver Geneva Underwood; his daughters, Debbie Krodinger (Carl) and Lisa Tresch (Lance); his granddaughters, Adrienne and Lacey; his great grandchild Syndey; his sisters, Ellen Hudson and Phyllis Shepard; his children, Rita Summitt (Danny) and Daryl Underwood (Candace); and his granddaughters, Miranda, Marissa and Olivia. He is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
