He is survived by: his wife Cindy Wiggins; his mother Pamela Wiggins Chidron (Doug Chirdon) of Jupiter, Florida; his children, Dylan Garrett Wiggins of Spartanburg, SC, Sydney Elijah Wiggins of Elmira, NY and Taylor Marie Oeast of Florida; his grandchildren, Tyler Gabriel Wiggins, Jackson Lee Taylor, Jordan Miles Taylor, Cleo Belle Valbrun and Kyius Alexander Daniel Valbrun; his aunts, Cheryl Gray and Darlene Ruth Oeast of Gaffney, SC; his uncle Duane Oeast (Kim) of DeLand, FL; and his pet Skylar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and his companion.
