He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Carl Randall and Dorothy Swink Randall; his wife Linda Jenkins Randall; and his brother Edward Randall. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Randall, Jr. (Kayla) of Forest City and Josh Randall (Abigail) of Forest City; and his grandson Tripp Randall.
A reception will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1251 US Hwy 221a, Forest City, NC 28043).
