He is survived by: his wife Judy Goins Jackson; his children, Amy Hirsch (Matthew) of Birmingham, AL, John Andrew Jackson (Michelle Lin) and David Carl Jackson (Megan) of Forest City; his granddaughter Eliza Ruth Hirsch; and his brother Terry Jackson of Rutherford County.
