Johnson; her daughter Hannah Johnson Bailey (Samuel) of Forest City; her grandson Isaac Bailey; her brothers, Norman Murphy of Maiden, NC, Wilburn Murphy of Blue Rock, NC and Max Murphy of Burnsville; her cousins, Jerry Murphy, Donnie Bryant and Kelly Bryant; and her children, Carmen White and Kriston Merrill.
