She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Baxter Edwards, Sr. and Priscilla Hollifield Edwards; her daughter Sandy Edwards; her siblings, Timothy Edwards, Junior Edwards, Daniel Edwards, Elizabeth Edwards, Gloria Edwards Lambert, Linda Edwards Sisk and Nancy Edwards Tyo; her nieces, Patricia Tyo Watkins and Deanna Edwards; and her great-nephew Steven Edwards.
She is survived by: her grandson Cody Allen Benfield (LauraJean); her sisters, Brenda Edwards Hall (Charles) and Sarah Edwards; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Edwards. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and several cousins.
