He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Phillip Hartley and Jessie Murty Hartley. He is survived by: his wife Susie Carver Hartley; his daughters, Emily Hicks Cook (Ron), Deborah Hicks Michalove (Clint), Terry Porter (Dennis) and Sandy Hartley (Mike); and his grandchildren, Zachary Powers, Hannah Biggs Powers, Hannah Elizabeth Powers, Jennifer Schenk, Angela Heuchan, Julie Branning, Adam Porter, Andrew Porter, Amber Davis and Ashton Porter. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
