He was predeceased by: his son William Orion Waters. He is survived by: his parents, Wade Waters and Luci Waters; his wife Samantha Waters; his children, Nathan Waters and Natalie Waters; his siblings, Savanna Randall (Wayne) of Spindale, Wade Waters of Spindale and Jordan Waters (Aden) of Forest City; and his nieces, Cameron Randall, Madison Randall and Evie Waters.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (188 E Church St, Bostic, NC 28018).
