She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Delano Shillingburg; and her brother Randy Shillingburg. She is survived by: her mother Mary Alice Watson Shillingburg of Duncan, SC; her husband Reverend Larry Segers; her children, Adam Segers of Waxhaw, NC, Dustin Segers of Forest City and Candace Segers of Forest City; her siblings, Mike Shillingburg of Easley, SC, Dennis Shillingburg of Duncan, SC and Tena Hendrix of Duncan, SC; and her grandchildren, Anna Segers, Jason Segers, Issac Segers and Samuel Segers.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund is being established for her grandchildren and donations may be made in care of Trinity Wesleyan Church, 291 Harmon Street, Forest City, North Carolina 28043.
