She was predeceased by: her parents, John Deal and Mary Evelyn Scroggs Deal; her husband Robert Wilson Gammon; her sons, Robert Gordon Gammon and Carl Wilson Gammon; and her siblings, Roe Deal, Gray Deal, Pansy Deal, Edith Johnson and Lillie Emory.

She is survived by: her son John William Gammon (Haley) of Forest City; and her grandchildren, Ben Gammon, Emily Gammon, Lauren Gammon, Maeven Gammon and Erin Gammon.
