It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Atchley of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Atchley; and his brother Ron Atchley. He is survived by: his son Chris Ballard (Jessica) of Rutherfordton; his siblings, Kim Atchley of Anderson, SC and Gary Atchley (Brenda) of Forest City; his sister-in-law Barbara Atchley of Forest City; his nephews, Russ Atchley, Kevin Atchley (Ashley) and Kyle Dorius (Magen); and his niece Heather Atchley Anton (Tim).
