He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Cecil Bailey and Georgianna Hicks Bailey; his wife Ann P. Bailey; and his brother Phillp E. Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicky Turner (Mike) of Cocoa, Robin Bailey of Forest City and Debbie Bright of Forest City; his grandchildren, Heather Lawrence, Shawn Turner (Altaire), Jason McDaniel (Anna), Melissa Bull and Lucas "Big Guy" Bright; and his great grandchildren, Brody, Audree, Jayson, Bayleigh, Silas, Elise, Pierce, Garrett, Auston, Makenzie and Daniel.
