With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Gammons of Forest City, North Carolina, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on July 27, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gammons and Grace Lee Hoyt. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Gammons; his children, Eric Gammons and Cyndy Larsen (Frank); his stepson Adam Davis; and his siblings, David Gammons (Jane), Joyce McGrath (Leo) of Virginia, Lesley Hall (Steven) of Virginia and Jennifer Young (Randy) of Virginia. He is also survived by 7 grandsons, 3 granddaughters and numerous nephews and nieces.
Memorials to assist with medical expenses may be made to Cornerstone Fellowship, 1186 Hudlow Road, Forest City, NC 28043 and additionally, there will be a money tree present at the service for those who wish to donate.
