She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Joseph Cogdell and Mary Lizzie Street Cogdell; her husband Richard Siegel; her son Brian O'Neal Ledford; and her siblings, Geraldine Cogdell and Ronald Cogdell.

She is survived by: her children, Shannon Dunn (Jason) of Forest City and Peter Franklin Ledford of Durham, NC; her siblings, Billy Cogdell (Tammy) of Bostic, Ernest Cogdell (Betty) of Gilkey, Christine Flynn of Union Mills, Brenda Goode of Forest City and Peggy Shepardson (Rod) of Union Mills; and her grandchildren, Ryan Allred, Nathaniel Hamrick (Alyssa), Trinity Phillips and Christopher Stewart. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
