He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Fletcher and Elinor E. Fletcher (Mutzabaugh); his siblings, Frank, Robert, John, James, Ruth Treichler, Caroline Hodson, Shirley Riggleman and Ann Derstler; his grandchildren, Terry Pierce, Chad Rapp, Jennifer Ludwig and Craig Arroyo, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Fletcher and Damien Heisey.
He is survived by: his children, Donnette Shoop (Lynn), Donald Jr. (Bobbie) and Dwayne (Gerlinde); and his sister Lois Smock (Barry). He is also survived by 49 Grandchildren, 73 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
