He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Arsu and Martha Arsu. He is survived by: his wife Sharron Arsu; his mother-in-law Cydney Garrison; his brother-in-law Arthur Rayburn; his children, Heather (Dennis), Casey (Lonnie), Emily, Tiffany (Shawn) and Sammy (Ousainou "Slim"); his grandchildren, Carl, Kindi (Alex), Jade, Taylor, Craig (Kayla), Travis, Xander, Zach, Emma and Anya; and his great grandchild Adalyn. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins on his mother.
