We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2025, at the age of 90, Delta Jean Lockwood in Four Oaks, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Covert and Alice Chase Covert; and her children, Toby Lockwood, Frank Lockwood and Luanne Rodgers.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Frankie Lockwood, Aaron Lockwood, Erin Lockwood, Roxanne Lockwood, Jackie Lockwood, Omni Rodgers, Kyle McLeod, Nicholas Aumiller, Crystal Rodgers and Jeremy Rodgers; her sister Sharon Saranpaa; her pet Lilly; and her brothers, Leo Covert and Louis Covert.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Cemetery (605 N Wall St, Benson, NC 27504).
