It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Price of Four Oaks, North Carolina, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Tilden; and his siblings, Johnny "Buddy" Stewart, Eloise Thomas, Mary Stewart, Elizabeth "Lib" Weaver and Samuel Price.
He is survived by: his wife Laura "Beth" Stewart Price; his children, Anthony Price (Holly) of Four Oaks, NC and Julia Elizabeth "Liz" Price (Robert Wittpenn) of Alexandra, VA; his grandchildren, Genevieve Price Wittpenn, Elijah Gilbert Price and Lannah Annette Price; and his brother Tom Price (Janice) of Four Oaks, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
