He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie David and Sallie Katherine Creech Parker; and his siblings, Charles Ray Parker, Larry Parker, Myrtle Mae Parrish, Frances Bailey, Ada Rebecca Parker, Linda Norris and Betty McCullen.
He is survived by: his brother Ralph Parker (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
