She was predeceased by: her parents, William David and Kathleen Holmes Strickland; and her children, Becky Norris McGee and Daniel Raeford Norris. She is survived by: her son Ricky Norris of Godwin; her grandchildren, Lara Massengill of West Hollywood, Alfred Coats of Rosewood, Sasha Beasley (Michael) of Four Oaks, Angela Coats of Four Oaks and Austin Norris of Godwin; her great grandchildren, Vanessa Coats, Sarah Lynn Coats, Michaela Beasley, Waylon Coats, Daniel Coats, Rhiannon Coats and Cristian Coats; and her brother John Strickland of Four Oaks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
