He is survived by: his children, April Lewis (Scott) and Adam Woodall (Catherine); his grandchildren, Will Woodall, Graylee Lewis and Walker Lewis; his sister Debbie Brunner (Jay); his stepsiblings, Bobby Creech and Judy Strickland; and his close friend Julius Spoon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
