With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy Baker (Four Oaks, North Carolina), who passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul Gilbert; his wife Pat Baker; and his siblings, James Edward Baker, Jimmy Daniel Baker, Shirley Faye Holley, Barbara Gayle Pitts, Alex Andrew Baker, Donald Hubert Baker and Lampe-Malphus.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Lynne Ferrell (Chris) of Kenly, Theresa Lee (Jesse) of Four Oaks, Paula Baker of Four Oaks and Gary Sanderford (Deanna) of Clayton; his grandchildren, Anna Lynne Spoon, Savannah Rose Massey, Jessica Lee, Dylan Lee and Garrison Sanderford; his great grandchildren, Andrew Tyler Vincent, River Vincent, Payton Strickland and Chelsee Strickland; his siblings, Bertha Dean Hocutt of Four Oaks, Norwood H. Baker of Four Oaks, Sam Baker of Four Oaks and Major Paul Baker of Smithfield; and his close friend Mary Emery of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
