He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hayes Hix; his sons, Marvin Eugene Hix, IV (Dianna) and Wesley Brian Hix; his grandchildren, Justin Lee Hix, Ashlyn Nichole Hix, Brittany Hope Casey, Braxton Alexander Campbell and Bailey Marie Kersey; and his siblings, Patricia Phillips, Teresa Heath, Patsy Hill and Billy Hix. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
