He is survived by: his son Dean (Andrea); his grandchildren, Andrew, Alex, Nicholas and Lydia; his daughter Natalie (Brent); his grandsons, Brent II and Christopher; his brother Horace (Lou Ellen); his stepdaughters, Jan, Joy, Paige and Michelle (Chris); his fiancée Daphne; and his fiancée's children, Katie, Meghan, Cameron and Kimberlyn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lees Chapel A. C. Church (4154 NC-96, Four Oaks, NC 27524). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
