He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Hall and Ellen Hall; his son Timothy Coats; and his granddaughter Kristen Coats. He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Coats; and his daughter Angela Coats. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
