He is survived by: his wife Angeletta Scott Bullock; his children, Junnetta Jones of Durham, Bacote Royster of Henderson, Antoinette White (Alexander) of Henderson and William R. Allen II of Henderson; and his sister Helen Williams (Samuel) of Henderson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (3724 Salem Rd, Oxford, NC 27565). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home Chapel (3724 Salem Rd, Oxford, NC 27565).
