He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Pitts and Elaine Pitts Elliott; his stepfather Bill Dennis; his siblings, Susan Brown, Kathy Bedford and Butch Gandy; Dr. Harvey Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Bill and Nancy; his wife Libra; his children, Cody Enderle (MacKenzie) and Jordan; his grandchildren, Maebry, McCaffrey and Colter; his stepfather Virgil Elliott; and his brothers, Bob Pitts (Lindsey) and Shawn Elliott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Williamson's Chapel United Methodist Church (575 Brawley School Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117). A reception will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall.
