It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Bryan Wilkes of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Wilkes and Ruth Tallent Wilkes; and his siblings, Ellis Wilkes and Tami Robbins. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Wilkes; his brother Terry Wilkes (Lynda); his aunts, Barbara Shuler, Kaye Houston and Jean Dills; his brother-in-law Eddie Robbins; and his close friend Carol Gibson. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
