With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carolyn Love (Franklin, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Austin and Evelyn Austin; her sisters, Linda Mattress and Elizabeth McDonald; her nephew Shawn McDonald; and her brother Tommy Austin.

She is survived by: her close friend Charles Love; her sons, Michael Shannon Austin (Lacey) and Chris Forney (Wendy); her stepdaughter Jaretta Love; her siblings, Gene Austin (Barbara) and Joyce Stratton; her nephew Decklin Austin (Denise); her nieces, Melynda Austin and Crystal Carver (Donovan); and her grandchildren, Kinley Austin, Kimberly Farmer (Gerald), Kianna Clarke, Aniyah Clarke, Devontay Love Taylor and Tayshawn Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Macon Funeral Home Memorial, a fitting tribute to a woman who gave so much to others during her lifetime.
