He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Mann and Effie Mae Childers Mann; his wife Patricia Hatfield Mann; and his brother Jackie Mann. He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Hughes; his son Gregory Mann; and his sister Sarah Raby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
