He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ruth Horne Hartzog; his daughter Teresa Haney (Chuck); his granddaughters, Brandie Hopkins (Charlie) and Tiffany Albury (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Alexandria Hopkins, Kyleigh Hopkins, Kassandra Hopkins, Madisyn Albury, Haiden Albury, Jayden Albury and Gabriel Albury.
