He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Rogers and Minnie Cabe Rogers; his wife Kathryn; and his brothers, Robert Rogers and Wiley Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Allen (Mike) of Candler, NC, Kimberly Pierce of Franklin, NC and Charles B. Rogers of Lake Oswego, OR.; and his grandchildren, Jordan Waldroop, Erica Waldroop, Ben Waldroop, Barrett Hursey and Alexis Allen.
