He was predeceased by: his parents, Werner Phillips and Bonnie Byas Phillips; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Jean Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Phillips; his sons, Jonathan Phillips (Maggie) and Matthew Phillips; his grandchildren, Clayton Phillips and Savannah Birchard (Leighton); his siblings, Brad Phillips (Jeanne) and Kandy Phillips; and his brother-in-law Don Williams (Debra). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
