He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Lydia Marie of Franklin and Nicholas Ray of Franklin; his mother Mary Jo Wilcox Williams; and his siblings, Carol Charbonneau, Cynthia Williams, David Bellavance and Dwayne Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
