She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeb Hall and Amie Brooks Hall. She is survived by: her caregiver John H. Payne; her siblings, Sandra Cloer of Indian Trail, NC., Debbie and Dale Hall (Sherie Barnett) of Sylva, NC; her niece Page Blount; and her nephew Mark Cloer of Indian Trail, NC. She is also survived by other loving cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
In place of flowers, Debbie had requested that donations be made to your favorite charity.
