He is survived by: his wife Tammy Scott; his stepchildren, Joseph Luttrell (Ashley) and Coty Smith (Ethan); his grandchildren, Kegan Prevette, Payton Prevette, Preston Wright, Kinleigh Flowers, Cole Flowers, Reagan Durm, Nixon Durm, Haisley Durm, Navy Durm Joshua Luttrell, Jordan Luttrell, Jet Luttrell and Jax Luttrell; his great grandchild Lainey Odom; his father Zeb Scott; and his siblings, Kathy Stamey (Mike), Ricky Scott (Regina) and Gary Scott (Jean). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Watauga Baptist Church (658 Watauga Church Rd, Franklin, NC 28734).
