He is survived by: his father Horace Allen; his wife Rhonda Clouse Hurst; his son Colby Hurst; his sisters-in-law, Renee Barnes (Ben) and Rachelle Ford (Daniel); and his in-law Delbert Clouse (Pat). He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
