He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Blakely of Santa Monica, CA.; his brother Darren Blakely; his uncle Richard Copher; and his stepfather Rupert Wood. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Copher Wood (Rexanna) of Franklin; his stepson Dylan Duvall (Alison) of Atlanta, GA; his children, Hannah (Dakota) of Lincoln City, OR and Blake of Salem, OR; his brother Doug Blakely of San Francisco, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Allie Kruger (Justin), Nova of San Francisco and Orion Kruger of San Francisco. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, and cousins, as well as 3 step siblings.
