He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Morgan and Zephine Leard (Ridgway); and his siblings, Sylvia Gay and Larry Leard. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Leard (McCollum); and his children, Robin Osborne (John), Steve Leard, Kale English and Mandy DeBord (Stacey). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
