He is survived by: his children, Tonya Steiert (Mike), Monica Rhea (Trent) and Jason Clay (Cheri); his niece Carrie Jennings; his sister Diana Bailey (Melvin); his great grandchildren, Cooper Durden, Ivy Reitmeier, Keaton Reitmeier, Sawyer Durden, Rhett Steiert, Luke Steiert, Callie Durden, Addie Thomas, Reid Thomas, Laurel Thomas and Charlotte Russ; his grandsons, Clay Reitmeier, Austin Reitmeier, Trevor Rhea, Levi Durden, Jacob Larey, Wesley Russ, Lawson Clay, Josh Clay, Cooper Durden and Keaton Reitmeier; his friends, Conrad Hefner, Ronnie Evans, Mike Holt, John Webb, Don O'Dell and Jack Mileti; and his close friend Haywood Hospital.
