It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eddie Ebernickle of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 65, on October 25, 2025. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Eddie leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Eddie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Earle Ebernickle and Janie Ruth Dawkins Ebernickle; and his sister-in-law Christine Ebernickle. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Terry Ebernickle (Sandra) of Toccoa, GA, Kenneth Randall "Ken" Ebernickle (Katrina) of Iva, SC and Jo Lynn Ebernickle Hope (Richard) of Iva, SC. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roberts Cemetery (2716 SC-187, Anderson, SC 29626).
