He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Koon and Ina Sackett Koon; his wife Fanny Herrington Llewellyn; his daughter Deborah Koon Rothleder; and his siblings, Elizabeth Barker (James), Alia Lewis (Pete), Evelyn Schoner (Jim), Charlotte Niles (Jerome), Marion Odson (Burdette), Doris Graham (Bill) and William Koon. He is also survived by son, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Townline Cemetery (8252 Co Rd 119, Cameron Mills, NY 14820).
