He is survived by: his children, Tammy Scott (Dennis) of Franklin, Daniel "Hoss" Williamson (Janice) of Kentucky and Laura Radtke (Matthew) of Franklin; his siblings, Bobby Joe Williamson (Daisy) and Pauline Carver; his grandchildren, Joseph Luttrell (Ashley), Coty Smith (Ethan), Jonathon Williamson (Ginny), Diamond Burch (Darrin), Daniel Boone Williamson (Rachel), Tyler Carr, Emily Carr, Rachel Carr, Rachel Green (Adam), Makayla Ann Radtke and Ashley Winskey (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Jax, Jet Luttrell, Chandler Williamson, Trinity Burch, Tucker Lona, Sydney, Madi Winskey, Hunter Radtke, Mason Norton, Addie Mae Radtke and Easton George McCurry. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
