He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kuiper and Patricia Aiken; and his sister Lynda Sherman. He is survived by: his daughter Tamny Rhodes; his grandson Caleb Rhodes; his sister Caryn Burkett; and his nieces and nephews, Marcus Egan, Shelly Ward, Chris Burkett, Jeff Burkett and Lynda Vedders.
