She was predeceased by: her husband Hardee S. Sutton Jr.; her daughter Janice Claire Sperry; and her brother Theodore W. Webb, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Hardee S. Sutton, III (Monique) of Franklin and Mary Hazel Carman (Cary A. "Buck") of Middleburg, FL; her brothers, William E. Webb (Michelle) and Shaughn J. Webb (Sandy); and her grandchildren, Richard Davis, Scott Davis, Christopher Davis, Cary Carman, Brooke Carman, Jordan Sutton and Kayla Sutton. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
She also donated many hours making items for the Smoky Mountain Pregnancy Center, and stitched children's comfort items to be distributed by the Macon County Sheriff's Office.
